PM Matsya Sampada Yojana
Hazaribag (Jharkhand) was notified by the Department of Fisheries as India’s first pearl farming cluster under Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY, flagship 2020), linked to Blue Economy 2.0. NABCONS is doing infrastructure gap analysis; NIFPHATT and NFDB (statutory, 2006, under Ministry of Fisheries) support value addition/market linkage; ~800 growers trained.
