Lake Urmia in Northwestern Iran

Authorities in Iran spray clouds with chemicals to induce rain over the Urmia lake basin amid the country’s worst drought in decades. The measure is reported in connection with Lake Urmia (Lake Oromeeh) in northwestern Iran.
