World Nuclear Association releases the World Nuclear Outlook Report projecting global nuclear power capacity at 1,446 gigawatt electric (GWe) by 2050. The projection surpasses a 1,200 GWe target established under the Declaration to Triple Nuclear Energy, launched at COP28 (Dubai, 2023).
