Kerala launches an AI-powered mobile application, NeophyteID, for identifying invasive (neophyte) plant species across Kerala. The app is developed by researchers at the Malabar Botanical Garden and Institute for Plant Sciences (MBGIPS) and uses the YOLOv11 machine learning model.
