Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill, 2026
The Jan Vishwas Bill is introduced in the Lok Sabha by the Minister of State for Commerce & Industry in March 2026. It provides for decriminalisation of minor offences and rationalisation of regulatory provisions to promote ease of doing business and ease of living.
