DRDO grants Final Operational Clearance (FOC) to the indigenous Netra Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) system. The clearance covers an AEW&C system mounted on an aircraft for early warning against airborne and sea surface targets and hostile emissions.

Platform The system is mounted on the Brazilian Embraer EMB-145I aircraft.
