PRAGATI’s Three-Tier Governance Model: PMO, Union Secretaries and State Chief Secretaries
PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation), the Prime Minister’s flagship governance platform, marks its 50th meeting. It operates as an integrated and interactive platform for grievance resolution and monitoring/review of key Government of India programmes and projects, including projects highlighted by State Governments. It functions through direct engagement of the Prime Minister with Central and State officials using real-time information and visuals.
