The Ministry of Panchayati Raj showcases the SVAMITVA Scheme in its tableau for the 77th Republic Day parade in New Delhi. The SVAMITVA as a Central Sector Scheme using drone and GIS technology to establish clear property ownership in rural inhabited (Abadi) areas.

Key components	The scheme includes CORS for shared geospatial services, drone-based land parcel mapping, Gram Manchitra tools for GPDP planning, national and state PMUs for implementation, and issuance of Property Cards/Title Deeds with Records of Rights.
CORS accuracy	CORS stations are to provide 5 cm level accuracy by replacing chain surveys.
International recognition	SVAMITVA is recognized by the UN and World Bank as a best practice in land governance and digital mapping.
