Scientists led by S. D. Biju recently discover two new Leptobrachium frog species from remote mountain habitats of Arunachal Pradesh. The species are named Soman’s Slender Arm Frog (Leptobrachium somani) and Mechuka Slender Arm Frog (Leptobrachium mechuka), reported as newly discovered species.
