Institutional Framework Comprises National Sagarmala Apex Committee, Maritime States Development Council, State Sagarmala Committees, and Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited.
Restructuring Provides for Sagarmala Development Company Limited restructuring into Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited in June 2025.
